在投资驱动型的经济增长模式下,基础设施类投资业务作为经济发展的基石和先导,一直发挥着重要的支撑作用。近年来,国内各大型建筑企业投资业务板块聚焦主责主业,积极扩大有效投资,基础设施类投资业务已成为各大型建筑企业的驱动创效产业,也是企业业务转型升级发展的重要引擎。本文从建筑企业参与基础设施类投资业务的角度出发,对基础设施类投资业务发展存在的问题、发展思路和发展路径进行了深入思考和研究,基于市场形势和业务结构分析了建筑企业基础设施类投资业务目前存在的问题,提出聚焦投资拉动、投资效益、投资主业和新兴业务四个方面的高质量发展的思路,并从形势分析、市场开拓、投资论证、投资决策和风险防控方面探讨业务高质量发展的路径。

As the guide and cornerstone of economic development,infrastructure investment has been playing an important role in the investment-driven economic growth model.In recent years,major domestic construction enterprises actively expand core investment business.Infrastructure investment business has become an efficiency-creating and transformation-upgrading industries for major domestic construction enterprises.From the perspective of construction enterprises participating in infrastructure investment business,this paper makes a deep thinking and exploration on the existing problems,development ideas and development paths of infrastructure investment business.Based on the market situation and business structure,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the infrastructure investment business of construction enterprises,puts forward the idea of focusing on four aspects of high-quality development,namely investment pulling,investment benefit,main business of investment and emerging business,and from the situation analysis,market development,investment demonstration,investment decision-making and risk prevention and control to explore the path of high-quality business development.
