论教师剧场化课堂教学

摘要 剧场化与课堂教学联系起来并不是个人的主观臆想,而是因为课堂教学具备剧场化的特性。一方面,课堂具有构成剧场的基本元素,满足了剧场的实体性结构条件。另一方面,从更深层次审视,课堂教学还具备剧场呈现的内在文化意涵。分析剧场化课堂教学的实质,它具备表演与教育兼具的教育目的、师生组成剧班的合作教学行为、艺术与科学并存的教学设计。以公开课为例,反观当下课堂教学现实,教师的剧场化课堂教学存在醉心自我展示,教育意蕴不足;机械遵循流程,“软合作”缺席;痴迷舞台设置,教学效果甚微;疲于后台演练,师生精力耗竭等问题。为追寻理想化的剧场化课堂教学,回归课堂教学本真,需要从转变社会角色期待、改良学校制度、培植教师内在自我等三方面提出建议。 The connection between theatricalization and classroom teaching is not a matter of personal subjective imagination,but because classroom teaching has the characteristics of theatricalization.On the one hand,the classroom has the basic elements of the theater and satisfies the substantive structural conditions of the theater.On the other hand,from a deeper perspective,classroom teaching also has the inherent cultural implications presented by the theater.Analyzing the essence of theatrical classroom teaching,it is a kind of bilateral behavior with both performance and education,collective cooperation with the participation of drama class,and stage performance with the coexistence of art and science.Taking the public class as an example,and looking at the reality of classroom teaching nowadays,teachers'theatrical classroom teaching has the following problems:obsessed with self-presentation,insufficient educational meaning;mechanically following the process,“soft cooperation”is absent;obsessed with stage setting,little teaching effect,tired of backstage rehearsal,teachers and students'energy exhaustion and so on.In order to pursue the ideal theater classroom teaching and return to the true,Suggestions are put forward from three aspects:changing social role expectations,improving school systems and cultivating teachers'inner selves.
