生态环境中抗生素耐药性的产生、传播及影响 被引量:1

摘要 由于人类社会在医疗、养殖、农业等领域对抗生素的过量使用,抗生素耐药性在正在全球范围内快速传播,为生态环境安全及人类健康带来了巨大的危机。针对生态环境中抗生素耐药性的产生及传播,本文论述了抗生素耐药性的产生机制,对抗生素制药厂、养殖场、农田等生态环境中抗生素耐药性的传播及储存热点进行了总结,综述了抗生素耐药性在生态环境中的生物传播和环境传播,对影响生态环境中抗生素耐药性传播的相关因素进行了讨论。最后,就未来生态环境中抗生素耐药性传播的研究方向进行了展望,以期为生态环境中抗生素耐药性的相关研究提供参考及借鉴。 Due to the excessive use of antibiotics in medical treatment,breeding,agriculture,and other fields,antibiotic resistance is spreading rapidly around the world,bringing a huge crisis to ecological environment security and human health.Aiming at the generation and spread of antibiotic resistance in ecological environment,this paper discusses the generation mechanism of antibiotic resistance,summarizes the transmission and storage hotspots of antibiotic resistance in ecological environment such as antibiotic pharmaceutical factory,farm and farmland,and summarizes the biological and environmental transmission of antibiotic resistance in ecological environment.The related factors affecting the spread of antibiotic resistance in ecological environment are discussed.Finally,the research direction of the spread of antibiotic resistance in the ecological environment in the future is prospected,in order to provide reference for the related research of antibiotic resistance in the ecological environment.
