基于HIS系统中西医探讨耳鸣致病因素

Investigation of tinnitus pathogenesis based on the hospital information system who combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

目的 探讨耳鸣患者的致病因素,从而为临床有效治疗耳鸣提供依据。方法 基于医院信息系统(HIS),针对2020年12月~2021年12月我科收治的153例耳鸣患者,纳入患者的年龄、性别、病程、其他疾病诊断等因素,归纳、分析与耳鸣可能的相关危险因素。结果 统计结果显示性别、年龄段、病程对耳鸣疗效的影响不显著(P≥0.05)。与耳鸣致病相关出现频率较高的依次是鼻炎、高脂血症、鼻窦炎、高血压、咽喉炎等。结论 耳鸣的主要致病因素考虑鼻部相关疾病,心血管相关疾病,在治疗耳鸣患者时,首先完成鼻部及心血管相关检查,明确病因,提高治疗耳鸣的有效性。

Objective This study aims to investigate the underlying causes of tinnitus in patients and provide a foundation for effective clinical treatment.Methods A total of 153 patients with tinnitus,admitted to our department from December 2020 to December 2021,were included in this study,utilizing the Hospital Information System(HIS).Factors such as age,gender,duration of illness,and coexisting medical conditions were collected and analyzed to identify potential risk factors associated with tinnitus.Results Statistical analysis of the data revealed that gender,age group,and duration of illness had no significant influence on the efficacy of tinnitus treatment(P≥0.05).The most commonly observed diseases associated with tinnitus,in order of frequency,were rhinitis,hyperlipidemia,sinusitis,hypertension,and pharyngitis.Conclusion Nasal and cardiovascular diseases were identified as the primary pathogenic factors contributing to tinnitus.Consequently,when treating patients with tinnitus,it is crucial to conduct comprehensive examinations of the nasal and cardiovascular systems to determine the underlying cause,and enhance treatment effectiveness.
