丹冰膏质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standards of Danbing Ointment

目的 建立丹冰膏的质量标准。方法 对丹冰膏中冰片和牡丹皮进行质量控制,建立冰片的薄层色谱鉴别和牡丹皮中丹皮酚的含量测定。结果 冰片薄层色谱斑点清晰,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰。丹皮酚平均回收率为103.9%,RSD为0.37%(n=6),在1.321 7~39.650 3μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(n=6,r=0.999 9)。结论 该方法稳定、重现性好、专属性强,可用于丹冰膏的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards of Danbing ointment.METHODS Establish quality control of borneol and Cortex Moutan in Danbing ointment.Borneol was qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC).Paeonol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).RESULTS The spots of the borneol TLC were clear,reproducible and negative control without interference.The average recoveries of paeonol was 103.9%,RSD was 0.37%(n=6).Paeonol had a good linearity in the range of 1.3217~39.6503μg·mL^(-1)(n=6,r=0.9999).CONCLUSION The method is stable,reproducible and Strong specificity which can be used for the quality control of Danbing ointment.
