低温抗酸耐高压X65MS埋弧焊管组织性能研究

摘要 从成分设计、制造及焊接工艺等方面入手,开发了一种低温抗酸耐高压X65MS钢级埋弧焊管。检测了该埋弧焊管的力学性能和抗腐蚀能力。结果表明,该埋弧焊管的母材和焊缝均具有良好的力学性能,在抗氢致开裂及抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂等试验中未出现任何裂纹,且-29℃低温冲击功远高于客户要求,满足API标准要求。 Starting with the chemical composition design,the manufacturing process and the welding process,the low-temperature,acid-resistant and high-pressure X65MS SAWH weld pipe is developed.The mechanical properties and the corrosion resistance of the said weld pipe are tested.As a result it is demonstrated that both the base metal and the weld seam of the weld pipe possess good mechanical properties.And no crack is found with the pipe via the HIC and the SSC tests.Moreover the-29℃low-temperature impact energy is much higher than what the customer requires,and in full compliance with applicable API requirement.
