随着生产生活的发展,人们对导电密封胶的需求越来越多,因而近几年关于导电密封胶的研究备受研究者们的青睐。导电密封胶是在基体树脂中加入导电填料,在建筑、工业、电子、航空航天方面均有较多的用途。综述了2种常见的复合型导电密封胶,环氧导电密封胶和有机硅导电密封胶。环氧导电密封胶粘接强度大,导电性优异,可选填料种类多,因而在工业、军工和航空航天等领域使用更为广泛;有机硅导电密封胶耐候性能好,弹性和返工性优异,在叠瓦技术等领域有较好的应用前景。

With the development of production and life,people's demand for conductive sealants is increasing.In recent years,the research on conductive sealants has been favored by researchers.Conductive sealant is adding conductive fillers into the matrix resin.It has many uses in architecture,industry,electronics and aerospace.This article mainly reviews two common composite conductive sealants,including epoxy conductive adhesives and silicone conductive adhesives.Epoxy conductive sealant is widely used in industry,military industry,aerospace and other fields because of its high adhesive strength,excellent conductivity and a variety of optional fillers.Silicone conductive sealant has good weatherproof performance,excellent elasticity and reworkability,and has a good application prospect in the field of laminated tile technology.
