高性能的乐器修复材料水性硝化纤维素乳液的制备及应用性能

摘要 针对传统乐器用溶剂型硝化漆在使用过程中存在涂膜不平整的问题,提出新型水性硝化纤维素乳液(DWNC)的制备。以DWNC乳液和涂膜性能作为指标,对其配比进行优化,并对优化后DWNC乳液微观形貌和热稳定性进行研究,结果表明:当n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)=1.03,DMBA=12%时,DWNC乳液具备较为稳定的性能,粒径约为107 nm,DWNC涂膜拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别约为16、230 MPa。涂膜表面无颗粒物质,具备较优秀的热稳定性,可用做乐器修复备选材料。 In view of the problem of uneven coating when using traditional solvent nitrifying lacquer for musical instruments,a new type of water-borne nitrocellulose emulsion(DWNC)was proposed.Taking DWNC emulsion and coating performance as an index,the ratio of the emulsion was optimized,and the morphology and thermal stability of the DWNC emulsion were studied.The results showed that when the n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)=1.03,DMBA=12%,DWNC emulsion had relatively stable performance,the particle size was about 107 nm,and the tensile strength and elongation at break of the DWNC coating were about 16 and 230 MPa.The coating surface was free of particulate matter and had excellent thermal stability.It can be used as an alternative material for musical instrument repair.
