新型纳米复合材料支具在下肢关节损伤康复中的应用

摘要 针对玄武岩纤维具有比纳米碳纤维更高的耐热性、优异的延展性和更低的成本,可以作为增强材料的替代品。通过实验分析方法研究玄武岩纤维和纳米碳纤维复合医用支具材料的力学性能,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)技术制备了7种具有不同混合比和堆叠顺序的复合医用支具材料,并分别在拉伸和弯曲载荷下进行测试。结果表明:纤维的堆叠顺序对下肢支具强度和弯曲模量有明显影响,但对拉伸模量影响较小,且在混合比为26.77%纳米碳纤维和38.80%玄武岩纤维混合比下具有较好的力学性能。当使用医用支具6 d时,患者恢复率为92%,可有效治疗下肢关节运动损伤。 Basalt fiber has higher heat resistance,excellent ductility and lower cost than carbon nanofiber,and it can serve as a substitute for reinforcement materials.In this research,the mechanical properties of basalt fiber and nano carbon fiber reinforced medical brace materials were studied by experimental analysis methods.Seven kinds of composite medical brace materials with different mixing ratios and stacking sequences were prepared by vacuum assisted resin transfer molding(VARTM),and tested under tensile and bending loads respectively.The test results showed that the stacking order of fibers had obvious influence on the strength and bending modulus of lower limb brace,but had little influence on the tensile modulus.And the mechanical properties exhibited the best performance at the mixing ratio of 26.77%carbon nanofibers and 38.80%basalt fibers.When the patient used the medical brace for 6 days,the recovery rate was 92%,which could effectively treat the lower limb joint sports injury.
