摘要
为了准确评估CO装置汽提气冷凝器金属尘化腐蚀规律,延长冷凝器的使用寿命,设计一个CO装置汽提气冷凝器金属尘化腐蚀扩散模拟识别方法。利用不平衡外推法对流体周围的边界计算,建立二维扩散方程计算腐蚀速率,使用蒙特卡罗方法,分析扩散机理,根据加权概率识别沉淀物迁移情况,获取微粒随着时间的推移的位置和速度,以此实现冷凝器金属尘化腐蚀扩散模拟识别。实验结果表明:所提出的识别方法能够识别出不同天数下的金属扩散情况,在相对湿度下的腐蚀增量、金属被腐蚀体积、腐蚀产物沉淀体积识别上,识别准确度较高。
In order to accurately evaluate the rule of metal dust corrosion in the stripping gas condenser of Co unit and prolong the service life of the condenser,a simulation and identification method of metal dust corrosion diffusion in the stripping gas condenser of Co unit was designed.The unbalanced extrapolation method is used to calculate the boundary around the fluid,and a two-dimensional diffusion equation is established to calculate the corrosion rate.The Monte Carlo method is used to analyze the diffusion mechanism,identify the migration of sediment according to the weighted probability,and obtain the position and velocity of particles over time,so as to realize the simulation and identification of metal dust corrosion diffusion of condenser.The experimental results show that the proposed identification method can identify the metal diffusion in different days,and the identification accuracy is high in the identification of corrosion increment,metal corrosion volume and corrosion product precipitation volume under relative humidity.
