摘要
基于医院基建工程中项目质量管控的需要,研究了医院基建用碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)/钢复合结构在静载剪切作用下的应力应变曲线,并考察了电偶腐蚀和非对称疲劳对CFRP/钢试件承载能力和断裂模式的影响。结果表明,在电偶腐蚀和疲劳条件下,粘接层中含有芳纶纤维和不含芳纶纤维试件的载荷-位移曲线与无腐蚀+无疲劳试件相似;相较于不含芳纶纤维的试件,无腐蚀+无疲劳、腐蚀和疲劳试件的峰值荷载都相对含有芳纶纤维试件较大。无腐蚀+无疲劳条件下含有芳纶纤维和不含芳纶纤维试件的平均峰值荷载都高于腐蚀和疲劳条件下试件,且含有芳纶纤维的平均峰值荷载都高于不含芳纶纤维试件,腐蚀或者疲劳时间越长,则对应试件的平均峰值荷载越小。
Based on the needs of project quality control in hospital infrastructure projects,the stress-strain curves of carbon fiber reinforced composite(CFRP)/steel composite structures used in hospital infrastructure projects under static load shear were studied,and the effects of galvanic corrosion and asymmetric fatigue on the load-carrying capacity and fracture mode of CFRP/steel specimens were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of galvanic corrosion and fatigue,the load displacement curves of the specimens with and without aramid fibers in the bonding layer are similar to those of the specimens without corrosion and fatigue.Compared with the specimen without aramid fiber,the peak load of non corrosion+non fatigue,corrosion and fatigue specimens is larger than that of the specimen with aramid fiber.The average peak load of the specimen containing aramid fiber and the specimen without aramid fiber under non corrosion+non fatigue conditions are higher than those under corrosion and fatigue conditions,and the average peak load of the specimen containing aramid fiber is higher than that of the specimen without aramid fiber.The longer the corrosion or fatigue time is,the smaller the average peak load of the specimen will be.
