摘要
大口径工程井在煤炭等矿藏开采中发挥着重要的作用,针对大口径工程井在下套管过程中存在位置偏差、套管折断等问题,本文研究了下管技术及事故预防措施,为大口径工程井的套管选取及下管提供了一定的技术指导,对常见的事故进行预防,有效降低了施工过程中的事故发生率。
Large-diameter engineering wells play an important role in the mining of coal and other mineral resources.Aiming at the problems of position deviation and casing breaking in the process of casing running in large-diameter engineering wells,this paper studies the casing running technology and accident prevention measures.Firstly,the structure of the well is analyzed,and the method and principle of casing selection based on the well structure are given.Then it analyzes the pipe laying technology in detail,and finally gives corresponding preventive measures for some common accidents that may occur during the pipe laying process.The research content of this paper provides certain technical guidance for the selection and running of casing in large-diameter engineering wells,prevents common accidents and effectively reduces the accident rate in the construction process.
