延期献血者的招募措施及人性化服务效果分析

目的研讨延期献血者的招募措施及人性化服务的效果。方法对2021年6月至2022年12月本市3050名延期献血者展开分析,分析延期献血的原因,制定延期献血者的招募措施和人性化服务方案,观察干预效果。结果2021年6月至2022年12月本市3050名延期献血者因血液偏型导致延期献血有54名,召回献血比例为77.78%(42/54);因饮食因素导致延期献血有768名,召回献血比例为94.40%(725/768);因心理恐惧导致延期献血有369名,召回献血比例为79.67%(294/369);因年龄不够导致延期献血有357名,召回献血比例为23.53%(84/357);因谷丙转氨酶偏高导致延期献血有790名,召回献血比例为48.61%(384/790);因血比重偏低的有616名,召回献血比例为8.60%(53/616);因服用药物导致延期献血有96名,召回献血比例为88.54%(85/96)。因血液偏型、饮食因素导致延期献血的占比最大,同时召回献血的比例也较高,另外服用药物和心理恐惧召回献血的比例也较高。而因身体原因导致的延期献血召回比例一般较低。不同延期献血原因召回献血比例相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析延期献血者的实际原因,针对性制定招募措施,并提供人性化服务,有助于保留潜在的献血人群,避免血源的流失。

Objective To develop the recruit measures and humanistic services for deferred blood donors.Methods 3050 deferred blood donors(2021.6—2022.12)in our city were investigated.The deferred blood donation reasons were analyzed to develop the corresponding recruit measures and humanistic services.Intervention outcomes were probed.Results From June 2021 to December 2022,54 out of 3050 delayed blood donors in this city were delayed due to blood typing,with a recall ratio of 77.78%(42/54);Due to dietary factors,768 people were delayed in donating blood,and the proportion of recalled blood donors was 94.40%(725/768);369 people were delayed in blood donation due to psychological fear,and the proportion of recalled blood donations was 79.67%(294/369);There were 357 delayed blood donations due to insufficient age,and the proportion of recalled blood donations was 23.53%(84/357);790 people delayed blood donation due to high alanine transaminase,and 48.61%(384/790)of them recalled blood donation;616 individuals had a low blood proportion,with a recall and donation ratio of 8.60%(53/616);96 cases had delayed blood donation due to medication use,with a recall ratio of 88.54%(85/96).The proportion of delayed blood donation is the highest due to blood type and dietary factors,and the proportion of recalled blood donation is also high.In addition,the proportion of recalled blood donation due to medication use and psychological fear is also high.The proportion of delayed blood donation recalls caused by physical reasons is generally low.There are differences in the proportion of recalled blood donations due to different reasons for delayed blood donation(P<0.05).Conclusions The reason analysis of deferred donation are available to develop the recruit measures,provide the humanistic services,keep the potential donors and avoid the loss of blood sources.
