益气活血方对老年原发性高血压血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on Vascular Endothelial Function in Elderly Patients with essential Hypertension

目的分析益气活血方对老年原发性高血压血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2021年12月在睢县中医院接受治疗的122例原发性高血压老年患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字的原则对入组患者实施分组,分为对照组(n=61)及观察组(n=61)。对照组患者实施常规的血压控制和治疗方案,观察组患者在对照组用药方法基础上使用益气活血方联合治疗。治疗前后,比较两组患者血压水平、中医症候评分水平、血管内皮功能水平[内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)];治疗3个月后,比较两组患者血压控制效果、中医症候疗效分级;比较两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前收缩压、舒张压、中医症候评分、ET-1、VEGF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、中医症候评分、ET-1、VEGF均明显低于治疗前,且观察组的收缩压、舒张压、中医症候评分、ET-1、VEGF明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药3个月后,观察组患者的血压控制效果分级优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药3个月后,观察组患者的治疗效果分级优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在用药过程中的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对原发性高血压的老年患者,将益气活血方纳入常规治疗方案中,可有效改善血压及症状的控制水平,提升疗效,且安全性良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Huoxue recipe on vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 122 elderly patients with primary hypertension who received treatment at Sui Country Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of random numbers,the enrolled patients were divided into a control group(n=61)and an observation group(n=61).The control group patients were subjected to routine blood pressure control and treatment plans,while the observation group patients were treated with a combination of Yiqi Huoxue recipe on the basis of the control group's medication method.Before and after treatment,the blood pressure level,TCM symptom score and vascular endothelial function[endothelin-1(ET-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)]of the two groups were compared;After 3 months of treatment,the blood pressure control effect and TCM symptom grading were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,ET-1,and VEGF between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,ET-1,and VEGF of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,and the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,ET-1,and VEGF of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 months of medication,the blood pressure control effect of the observation group patients was graded better than that of the control group patients,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 months of medication,the treatment effect grading of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group patients,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups of patients during the medication process(P>0.05).Conclusions For elderly patients with primary hypertension,incorporating the Yiqi Huoxue recipe into the routine treatment plan can effectively improve blood pressure and symptom control levels,enhance efficacy,and have good safety.
