阿尔兹海默症患者应用麻黄附子细辛汤与中医电针联合多奈哌齐的效果观察

Observation on the effect of mahuang fuzi xixin decoction and traditional chinese medicine electroacupuncture combined with donepezil in patients with senile dementia

目的探讨阿尔兹海默症(AD)患者应用多奈哌齐联合麻黄附子细辛汤与中医电针的效果。方法选取本院2021年6月至2022年6月收治的92例AD患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组口服多奈哌齐,观察组加用麻黄附子细辛汤与电针,连续治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、神经递质指标、生化指标同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)水平及不良反应。结果治疗后两组中医证候积分、血清Hcy、Aβ水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;MOCA评分、ADL评分、血清GABA、5-HT、Ach水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麻黄附子细辛汤联合电针可有效缓解AD患者临床症状,改善认知功能和神经递质水平,控制Hcy、Aβ水平,疗效确切且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of donepezil combined with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine electroacupuncture on senile dementia(AD)patients.Methods Ninety-two cases of AD patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given donepezil orally,and the observation group was given ephedra aconiti asarum decoction and electroacupuncture for 3 months.TCM syndrome score,MOCA score,ADL score,neurotransmitter index,biochemical index Hcy,Aβlevel and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome score,serum Hcy and Aβlevels of the two groups were decreased after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the MOCA score,ADL score,serum GABA,5-HT and Ach levels were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ephedrine aconiti asarum decoction combined with electroacupuncture can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of AD patients,improve cognitive function and neurotransmitter levels,control Hcy and Aβlevels,with accurate efficacy and high safety.
