基于亲情疏导的心理护理用于胸部肿瘤放疗患者身心状态的影响

The Effect of psychological Nursing based on Family Counseling on the physical and mental Status of Patients with Chest Cancer undergoing Radiotherapy

目的探讨基于亲情疏导的心理护理对胸部肿瘤放疗患者身心状态的影响。方法选择2019年7至2021年7月安阳市肿瘤医院诊治的108例行放疗治疗胸部肿瘤患者。所有患者按照随机方法分成两组对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取基于亲情疏导的心理护理干预。比较两组患者的负性情绪评分、遵医行为、并发症发生率、生活质量水平及护理满意度。结果干预后观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表14项版(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项版(HAMD-17)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组遵医行为优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组中文版生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于亲情疏导的心理护理可明显改善放疗期间的胸部肿瘤患者的生活质量,减少患者不良心理状态,确保治疗效果。

Objective To explore the impact of psychological nursing based on family counseling on the physical and mental state of chest tumor patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods From July 2019 to July 2021,108 patients with thoracic tumor were treated by radiotherapy in Anyang Cancer Hospital.All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table:a control group and an observation group,with 54 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received psychological nursing interventions based on family counseling.The negative emotional score,compliance behavior,incidence of complications,quality of life level,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA-14)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group showed better compliance behavior than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the Chinese version of the Quality of Life Core Scale(QLQ-C30)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing based on family counseling can significantly improve the quality of life of chest cancer patients during radiotherapy,reduce their negative psychological state,and ensure treatment effectiveness.
