自制改良腕式约束带联合整体护理模式对择期全麻脑膜瘤切除术患者麻醉苏醒期的应用分析

Application Analysis of Self-Made Modified Wrist Restraint Belt Combined With Overall Nursing Model in Patients Undergoing Meningioma Resection Under Elective General Anesthesia During Anesthesia Recovery Period

目的探讨自制改良腕式约束带联合整体护理模式在择期全麻脑膜瘤切除术患者麻醉苏醒期中的应用效果。方法选取驻马店市中心医院2019年12月至2020年12月收治的88例择期全麻脑膜瘤切除术患者,按照随机数字表法分为联合组与对照组,各44例。另外,两组应用效果由本院相同的13名护理人员进行评估。对照组予以传统腕式约束带联合常规护理,联合组予以自制改良腕式约束带联合整体护理。比较两组护理舒适度、并发症发生率、呼之睁眼时间、呼之握拳时间、麻醉诱导时间、拔管时间、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)、护理人员满意度、不安全事件发生情况。结果联合组护理舒适度(93.18%)明显高于对照组(72.73%);联合组约束带并发症发生率(6.82%)低于对照组(27.27%);联合组呼之睁眼时间、呼之握拳时间、麻醉诱导时间、拔管时间均短于对照组;苏醒期联合组SBP、DBP、HR低于对照组;联合组护理人员满意度(92.31%)高于对照组(46.15%);联合组不安全事件发生率(4.55%)低于对照组(20.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制改良腕式约束带联合整体护理模式干预麻醉苏醒期全麻脑膜瘤切除术患者,能缩短苏醒时间,稳定生命体征,提高患者对护理舒适度评价,降低约束带并发症发生率,提高护理人员对约束带的满意度,同时减少不安全事件发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of self-made modified wrist restraint belt combined with overall nursing model in patients undergoing meningioma resection under elective general anesthesia during anesthesia recovery period.Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing elective meningioma resection under general anesthesia admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the combined group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.In addition,the application effects of the two groups were evaluated by the same 13 nurses in our hospital.The control group was given the traditional wrist restraint band combined with routine nursing,and the combined group was given the self-made improved wrist restraint band combined with holistic nursing.The nursing comfort,incidence of complications,time to open eyes,time to clenching fist,anesthesia induction time,extubation time,diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),heart rate(HR),satisfaction of nursing staff,and occurrence of unsafe events were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing comfort in the combined group was 93.18%,and the nursing comfort in the control group was 72.73%,compared between the groups,the nursing comfort in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P 0.05);The incidence of restraint belt complications in the combined group 6.82%was lower than 27.27%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The eyes opening time,fist clenching time,anesthesia induction time and extubation time of the combined group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The SBP,DBP and HR in the combined group during anesthesia recovery period were lower than those in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the combined group 92.31%was higher than 46.15%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of unsafe events in the combined group 4.55%was lower than 20.45%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The self-made modified wrist restraint band combined with holistic nursing mode can shorten the recovery time,stabilize vital signs,improve patients'evaluation of nursing comfort,reduce the incidence of complications of restraint band,improve nurses'satisfaction with restraint band,and reduce the occurrence of unsafe events in patients undergoing meningioma resection under general anesthesia during anesthesia recovery period.
