摘要
随着可再生能源的开发与利用以及我国电力系统转型进程加快,综合能源系统已成为我国能源革命的关键技术。在综合能源系统中,综合需求响应(integrated demand response,IDR)有助于实现综合能源服务商(integrated energy service provider,IESP)和消费者之间的协同优化,成为实现供需平衡的有效手段。现有关于IDR研究较少,考虑到由于用户参与的不确定性以及用户连续响应的疲劳性所造成的响应风险问题,提出一种计及用户参与选择机制的IDR优化策略,通过引入响应风险成本和用户选择变量解决用户参与不确定性与疲劳性问题。通过算例分析验证,所提策略能够有效优化综合能源服务商的成本与用户效益。
With the development and utilization of renewable energy and the acceleration of China's power system transformation process,integrated energy system(IES)has become the key technology of China's energy revolution.In integrated energy systems,integrated demand response(IDR)is an effective means of balancing supply and demand,which helps to optimize synergies between integrated energy service provider(IESP)and consumers.There is currently limited research on IDR,taking account of the response risk problem caused by the uncertainty of user participation and the fatigue of continuous user response,an integrated demand response optimization strategy is proposed,which considers the user participation selection mechanism,and solves the uncertainty and fatigue by introducing response risk cost and user selection variables.Finally,the analysis of calculation examples verified the proposed strategy can effectively optimize the response costs of integrated energy service providers and user utilityd.
