摘要
为解决当前现有商用项目能耗过高、影响项目社会效益和环境效益的问题,引入LEED认证,对其在商用项目中的应用进行探究。在明确秘鲁新建钦切罗国际机场项目概况和自然条件后,建立了商用项目仿真计算机模型,分别从商用建筑节水设计、商用建筑节能设计和商用建筑节材设计共3个方面提出了符合LEED认证的节能环保策略,并通过应用结果验证这一方法的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in existing commercial projects,which affects the social and environmental benefits of projects,LEED certification is introduced to explore its application in commercial projects.After clarifying the overview and natural conditions of the newly built Chinchero International Airport Project in Peru,a commercial project simulation computer model is established.Energy conservation and environmental protection strategies that comply with LEED Certification are proposed from three aspects:commercial building water conservation design,commercial building energy conservation design and commercial building material conservation design.The feasibility of this method is verified through application results.
