摘要
以引水调水工程中的重要组成部分输水隧洞为研究对象,阐述了目前常采用的多层衬砌以及现有技术在环空层内回填混凝土的方案。针对现有技术存在的不足,本文提出并公布了一种洞穿钢管后,采用两期自密实混凝土填充浇筑的施工方法,并指出了该施工方法的优点,使得浇筑的自密实混凝土更加饱满,减少了补浆量,保证了环空层回填混凝土的强度。
Taking the water conveyance tunnel,an important component of the water diversion project,as the research object,this paper elaborates on the commonly used multi-layer lining and the existing technology of backfilling concrete in the annulus layer.In response to the shortcomings of existing technology,this paper proposes and publishes a construction method of using two stages of self-compacting concrete filling and pouring after penetrating steel pipes,and points out the advantages of this construction method,which makes the poured self-compacting concrete more plump,reduces the amount of grouting,and ensures the strength of the backfill concrete in the annulus layer.
