高校太极拳普修课课程思政建设的实践路径研究

A Study on the Practical Paths of Ideological and Political Construction of Tai Chi General Courses in Universities

思政课程深度融合高校太极拳课程是高校体育落实“立德树人”人才培养的重要内容,目的是解决培养大学生道德修养与身体教育的统一。文章研究聚焦高校太极拳普修课课程思政建设的必要性与合理性,分析高校太极拳普修课课程思政建设实现路径。以太极拳普修课教学为例,在教学路径上重新定位课程思政发展理念,建立成长型思维,在教学内容上挖掘太极拳普修课的课程思政元素,增强太极拳教师的思政意识和能力,推动高校体育课程思政建设。

The course of Taijiquan is an important part of the talent cultivation of"moral education"in college physical education.The purpose is to solve the unity of cultivating college students'moral cultivation and physical education.The research focuses on the necessity and rationality of ideological and political construction of Taijiquan general courses in universities,analyzes the three process of Taijiquan courses.Taking the general course teaching of Taijiquan as an example,the ideological and political development concept is repositioned in the teaching path,the growth thinking is established,the ideological and political elements of Taijiquan general courses are explored in the teaching content,improve the ideological and political consciousness and ability of Taijiquan teachers,and promote the ideological and political construction of physical education courses in universities.
