摘要
以理论知识传授为核心的传统《国际法》教学模式无法满足我国对实用型、复合型和创新型国际法律实务人才的需求。《国际法》教学需要以实践能力培养和理论的应用为目标设计远程教学方法,克服评价指标和教学技术的障碍,推动师生适应新的教学模式。为此,需要打造以技能为核心的教学范式、构建以学生为中心的评价体系并组建教学和技术人员分工合作的教学团队。
The traditional teaching mode on International Law takes the teaching of theoretical knowledge as the core,but it can not meet Chinese demand for applicable,compound and innovative international legal practitioners.The teaching of International Law needs to design distance teaching methods aiming at the cultivation of practical ability and the application of theory,overcome the obstacles of evaluation indicators and teaching technology,and promote teachers and students to adapt to the new teaching mode.Therefore,we need to set a skill-centered teaching paradigm,build a student-centered evaluation system,and establish a teaching team with division of labor and cooperation between teaching and technical personnel.
