面向生物医药产业应用型人才培养的发酵工程线上线下混合式课程教学改革探索

摘要 传统发酵工程课程在生物医药产业应用型人才培养中存在教学内容适用性不够强、发酵罐的操作及故障解析掌握不好、学生主动学习意愿及自主学习能力不足、课程思政不够系统化等不足。因此,本文从教学内容设计、教学资源建设、基于虚拟仿真实验的线上线下混合式教学过程和课程思政融入等方面探讨了面向生物医药产业应用型人才培养的发酵工程线上线下混合式课程改革。该课程改革方案可以改善发酵工程课程的教学效果,提高应用型人才培养质量,为解决在生物医药产业应用型人才培养中的不足提供了借鉴。 In the cultivation of applied talents in the biomedical industry,the traditional fermentation engineering course has some shortcomings,such as inadequate applicability of the teaching content,poor grasp of the operation and fault analysis of the fermentation tank,insufficient students'willingness to learn actively and ability to learn independently,and inadequate systematization of the curriculum ideology and politics.Therefore,this paper discusses the teaching reform of the online and offline hybrid curriculum system of fermentation engineering for the cultivation of applied talents in the biomedical industry from the aspects of teaching content design,teaching resource construction,online and offline hybrid teaching process based on virtual simulation experiments,and curriculum ideological and political integration.The teaching reform can improve the teaching effect of fermentation engineering,improve the quality of application-oriented talent training,and provide a reference for solving the shortage of application-oriented talent training in the biomedical industry.
