基于李东垣学术思想探讨其组方特色及临床拓展运用

Exploration of Composition Characteristics and Extension of Clinical Application of LIDongyuan's Academic Thoughts

李东垣脾胃学说是其学术思想的核心,为了深入探讨其学术思想在临床上的体现,查阅并分析李东垣《内外伤辨惑论》、《脾胃论》、《兰室秘藏》、《医学发明》四本代表著作中的主要代表性方剂。以补中益气汤结构为基准,深入剖析其相关类方的组方结构特点,加减药物的差异以及主治症状的不同,分析他们的联系与异同点,探究其组方的运用规律及学术思想的精神内涵,以便拓宽临床运用的思路。

LI Dongyuan's treatise on the spleen and stomach is the core of his academic thoughts.In order to deeply explore the clinical embodiment of his academic thoughts,the authors consulted and analyzed the main representative formulas in LI Dongyuan's four representative works,namely,Nei Wai Shang Han Huo Lun(Clarifying Doubts about Damage from Internal and External Causes),Pi Wei Lun(Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach),Lan Shi Mi Cang(Secrets from the Orchid Chamber),and Yi Xue Fa Ming(Medical Discoveries).The authors took the structure of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction as the benchmark,and thoroughly analyzed the structural characteristics of the composition of the relevant formulas,the difference between the addition and subtraction of Chinese medicines and the main symptoms,and their connection,similarities and differences.This paper explored the application law of LI Dongyuan's formula composition and the spiritual connotation of his academic thoughts,so as to broaden the thinking of the clinical application.
