摘要
近红外二区(简称二区)荧光手术导航为提升原发性肝癌手术的精准性和安全性提供了新的实现途径。然而,二区荧光成像在术中的实施尚缺少统一的基本标准和规范。该共识在总结分析已有文献和临床试验数据的基础上,遵循并继承了吲哚菁绿荧光影像技术在临床应用已有的方法和原则,并根据二区荧光成像的特点和优势进行了拓展,以期推动我国二区荧光成像技术在肝癌切除术中的推广应用,促进二区荧光技术应用的规范化和不断优化。
The second near-infrared wavelength window(NIR-Ⅱ)fluorescence guided surgery provides a new approach to improve the accuracy and safety of primary liver cancer surgery.However,there is still a lack of unified basic standards and specifications for the intraoperative implementation of NIR-Ⅱfluorescence imaging.This consensus follows and inherits the existing methods and principles of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in clinical application on the summary and analysis of the existing literatures and clinical trial data,in order to promote the popularization and application of NIR-Ⅱfluorescence imaging technology in hepatocellular carcinoma resection,and to promote the standardization and continuous optimization of the application of NIR-Ⅱfluorescence technology in our country.
