摘要
该文对竞技武术套路运动员进行核心力量训练,研究竞技武术套路运动表现的影响因素。将20名竞技武术套路运动员随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组进行核心力量训练,对照组进行常规力量训练。通过12周的训练后,实验组双脚站立平衡性并没有显著提升(P>0.05),单脚站立的平衡性具有显著性提升(P<0.05);将实验组与对照组进行对比分析,两组之间单脚站立的平衡性具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。核心力量训练对提升竞技武术套路运动员单脚支撑的平衡性效果显著,对双脚支撑站立的提升效果较小。核心力量性训练应结合武术套路运动项目的特点,遵循区别对待原则、循序渐进原则以及呼吸配合原则,不断地研究核心力量训练的方法的创新性,提高竞技武术套路运动员的运动表现。
This paper conducts core strength training for competitive Wushu routine athletes,and studies the influence factors of competitive Wushu routine sports performance.Twenty competitive Wushu routine athletes were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received core strength training,and the control group received routine strength training.After 12 weeks of training,there was no significant improvement in the balance of standing on both feet in the experimental group(P>0.05),and there was significant improvement in the balance of standing on one foot(P<0.05).A comparative analysis was conducted between the experimental group and the control group,and there was a significant difference in the balance of standing on one foot between the two groups(P<0.05).Core strength training has significant effect on improving the balance of single-foot support of competitive Wushu routine athletes,but it has small effect on the improvement of two-feet support standing.Core strength training should follow the principle of differential treatment,the principle of gradual progress and the principle of breathing cooperation in combination with the characteristics of Wushu routine sports,constantly study the innovation of the methods of training core strength,and improve the sports performance of competitive Wushu routine athletes.
