就业导向下高职公共体育课程中体育精神培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Sportsmanship in the Higher Vocational Public Physical Education Curriculum under the Employment Orientation

随着教学改革的不断深入,高职院校在人才培养工作中更加注重以就业为导向,强化学生的职业素养和职业能力,以保障高职学生未来顺利就业。结合高职公共体育课程教学来看,教师应进一步更新教育理念,完善教学内容,创新教学方式,优化教学过程,改革评价方式,从而培育学生的体育精神,让学生在逆境和顺境中都能保持积极向上的精神风貌。

With the continuous deepening of teaching reform,vocational colleges pay more attention to employment orientation in talent training,and strengthen students'professional literacy and professional abilities,so as to ensure the smooth employment of vocational students in the future.Combined with the teaching of higher vocational public physical education courses,teachers should further update their educational concepts,improve teaching content,innovate teaching methods,optimize teaching processes and reform evaluation methods,in order to cultivate students'sportsmanship and enable them to maintain a positive and upward spirituality in both adversity and prosperity.
