“双减”政策背景下少儿体适能培训机构的运营与发展研究

Research on the Operation and Development of Children's Physical Fitness Training Institutions under the Background of the"Double Reduction"Policy

教育部公布的《关于全面治理校外培训机构的实施意见》明确提出,要实施“双减”政策,为少儿体适能培训市场发展带来了契机。该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法以及数理统计法等研究方法,对湖南省少儿体适能培训市场运营现状进行调查,分析认为,目前少儿体适能培训机构在运营管理过程中存在课程设置不合理、价格过高、班级学员人数过多、教练员素质参差不齐、管理不规范和缺乏科学的评估和监测体系等问题。该研究针对性地提出了相应的解决策略和建议。

Implementation Opinions on Comprehensive Management of Off-Campus Training Institutions issued by the Ministry of Education of China clearly proposed to implement the"Double Reduction"policy,which has brought opportunities for the development of the children's physical fitness training market.This paper adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire surveys,expert interviews and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of the operation of the children's physical fitness training market in Hunan Province,believes that the current children's physical fitness training institutions have problems in the operation and management process,such as the unreasonable curriculum setting,high price,excessive number of students in the class,uneven quality of coaches,irregular management and lack of scientific evaluation and monitoring system,and proposes corresponding targeted solutions and suggestions.
