摘要
为了了解领会教学法在小篮球俱乐部教学中的效果,该文采用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法等方法,选取30名实验对象,并将其随机分为实验组、对照组,实验组采用领会教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,实验周期为12周,分别观察实验前后身体素质、基本运动技能、篮球技术指标的变化,并通过SPSS25.0软件进行统计学处理。结果表明:实验后实验组学生身体素质指标、基本运动技能指标、篮球技术指标均明显优于实验前和对照组(P<0.01),具有非常显著性差异。结论:领会教学法能显著提高小篮球俱乐部学员的下肢肌肉爆发力、耐力及腰腹核心肌肉力量,全面提高侧滑、跳、投、抓、踢等基本运动能力,以及三步上篮、定点投篮、运球绕杆等篮球技术,效果优于普通教学法,是适合在小篮球俱乐部教学中推广普及的一种教学方法。
In order to understand the effect of the teaching games for understanding approach on the teaching of small basketball clubs,this paper selected 30 experimental subjects and randomly divided them into the experimental group and the control group by the methods of literature,experiments and data statistics.The experimental group was adopted the training method of the teaching games for understanding approach,while the control group was adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental period was 12 weeks.The changes of the physical quality,basic sports skills and basketball technical indicators before and after the experiment were observed respectively,and statistical processing was carried out by SPSS 25.0 software.Results showed that after the experiment,the physical quality index,basic motor skill index and basketball technical index of the students in the experimental group were significantly better than those before the experiment and in the control group(P<0.01),and had very significant differences.Conclusion:The teaching games for understanding approach can significantly improve the explosive force and endurance of lower limb muscles and lumbar and abdomeminal core muscle strength of the students in small basketball clubs,and comprehensively improve the basic sports ability such as sidesliping,jumping,shooting,grasping and kicking,as well as the basketball technical ability such as three-step layup,fixed-point shooting and dribbling around the bar,and the effect is better than the ordinary teaching method,which is a teaching method suitable for popularization in the teaching of small basketball clubs.
