摘要
运动健身短视频对大学生运动行为具有明显影响。为分析运动健身短视频对大学生运动行为的影响,该文以云南师范大学本科600名学生作为调查对象,对运动健身短视频对运动时长、运动强度、运动频率等维度的影响进行研究。通过数据整理分析,发现经常观看抖音运动类短视频可显著增加大学生的运动频率和运动时长,并有效改善大学生的身体健康。
Short exercise and fitness videos have a significant impact on college students'exercise behavior.In order to analyze the impact of sports fitness short videos on college students'sports behavior,this paper takes 600 undergraduate students of Yunnan Normal University as the survey objects,and studies the impact of sports fitness short videos on sports duration,intensity,frequency and other dimensions.Through data collation and analysis,it is found that regularly watching short sports videos on Tik Tok can significantly increase the exercise frequency and exercise duration of college students,and effectively improve the physical health of college students.
