摘要
针对石化行业碳钢检修工具的防爆需求,通过正交试验对置换镀铜工艺和配方进行优化。较佳配方和工艺条件为:五水合硫酸铜15 g/L,七水合硫酸亚铁3 g/L,配位剂35 g/L,组合添加剂1 g/L,硫酸60 mL/L,温度30℃。在该条件下对20碳钢置换镀铜14 h所得Cu镀层厚度为18.79μm,均匀致密且光亮,与基体紧密结合,进一步钝化还可提高其耐蚀性。
As for the requirement of explosion prevention when using carbon steel tools for maintenance in petrochemical industry,the process conditions and bath composition of replacement copper plating on 20 carbon steel were optimized by orthogonal test.The process was optimized as follows:copper sulfate pentahydrate 15 g/L,ferrous sulfate heptahydrate 3 g/L,complexing agent 35 g/L,composite additive 1 g/L,sulfuric acid 60 mL/L,and temperature 30℃.The Cu coating obtained by replacement copper plating under the optimized conditions for 14 hours was uniform,compact,and bright with a thickness of 18.79μm,and adhered well to the substrate.The corrosion of the Cu coating could be improved by passivation.
