码头综合质量评估方法研究

Study on Comprehensive Quality Assessment Method of Wharf

码头作为港口的主要组成设施之一,对城市发展起着至关重要的作用。本研究基于码头实际检测中获取的整体技术水平、耐久性、安全性和适用性4个定性指标,提出指标量化及指标权重确定方法,并构建综合质量指数模型。以76个码头为研究对象,利用所构建的综合质量指数模型进行综合质量水平评估,并对评价结果进行可视化表达。

As one of the main components of ports,wharves play a crucial role in urban development.Based on the four qualitative indicators of overall technical level,durability,safety and applicability obtained from the actual inspection of the wharf,this paper puts forward the method of quantifying the indicators and determining the weight of the indicators,and builds a comprehensive quality index model.Taking 76 docks as the research object,the comprehensive quality level is evaluated by the comprehensive quality index model constructed,and the evaluation results are expressed visually.
