摘要
垃圾焚烧发电厂是目前国家主推的垃圾处理方式,对于达到生活垃圾处理的资源化、减量化、无害化,实现国民经济的可持续发展战略具有重要意义。以武汉市长口山垃圾焚烧发电厂为研究对象,基于ERPGs风险等级划定标准,利用添加数字高程模型的改进高斯烟羽模型,模拟生成垃圾焚烧发电厂发生泄漏时有害气体的扩散范围以及人口分布,实现环境风险评估的可视化表达。结果表明:两种不同有害气体泄露后扩散范围和受险人口数相近,但扩散范围内不同风险等级分布差异较大。
Waste incineration power plant is the main way of waste treatment in our country.It is of great significance to resourcefulness,minimization and harmlessness of domestic waste treatment and sustainable development strategy of national economy.Taking Wuhan Changkoushan waste incineration power plant as the research object,based on the ERPGs risk rating standard,the improved Gaussian plume model with digital elevation model(DEM)is used to simulate the diffusion range of harmful gas and population distribution when the waste incineration power plant leaks,so as to realize the visual expression of environmental risk assessment.The results show that the diffusion range and the number of people at risk of two kinds of harmful gas leakage are similar,but the distributions of different risk levels in the diffusion range are quite different.
