摘要
为了解湿态条件对水刺非织造布的性能指标的影响,本文对干、湿态下水刺非织造布的厚度、断裂强力以及耐磨性进行研究。结果表明:湿态条件下,水刺非织造布厚度减小,并且粘胶纤维占比越大变化越明显;平纹与提花水刺非织造布的断裂强力与断裂伸长率下降,但湿态条件对平纹非织造布拉伸强力的影响较小;随摩擦次数增加,水刺非织造布起毛起球变严重且在湿态条件下更加明显。
In order to understand the effect of wet conditions on the properties of spunlace nonwoven,the thickness,breaking strength and wear resistance of spunlace nonwoven in dry and wet conditions were studied.The results showed that under wet conditions,the thickness of spunlace nonwoven decreases and the larger the proportion of viscose fiber,the more obvious the change is.The wet strength of plain weave and jacquard spunlace nonwoven are reduced under wet conditions,but wet conditions have little effect on the tensile properties of plain weave spunlace.With the increase in the number of frictions,the fuzzing and pilling of the spunlace nonwoven becomes serious,especially under humid conditions.
