超长耐热钢管离心铸造工艺模拟与优化

Simulation and Optimization on Centrifugal Casting Technology of Ultra-long Heat-resistant Steel Pipe

摘要 采用ProCAST软件研究了浇注温度、浇注速度、铸型预热温度和铸型转速对离心铸造超长2848W5奥氏体耐热钢管的充型过程、温度场、应力场、缩松和宏观组织的影响,并进行了铸造工艺优化。模拟结果确定优化工艺参数:浇注温度为1580℃,浇注速度为40kg/s,铸型预热温度为260℃,铸型转速为2000r/min。采用优化工艺参数生产的铸管无明显缩松和裂纹,铸管外层组织为柱状晶,内层为等轴晶,铸管品质达到了HG/T2601-2011技术要求。 The influence of pouring temperature,pouring speed,preheating temperature and rotation speed of casting mould on the filling process,temperature field,stress field,shrinkage porosities and macrostructure of ultra-long 2848W5 austenite heat-resistant steel pipe produced by centrifugal casting technology was simulated by the ProCAST software,and the process was optimized.The optimal process parameters were obtained as follows:pouring temperature of 1580℃,pouring speed of 40 kg/s,preheating temperature of 260℃and rotation speed of casting mould of 2000 r/min.Pipes produced by the optimal process parameter is absence of shrinkage porosity and crack,where the outer layer is columnar crystal,and inner layer is equiaxed crystal.The quality of cast pipe reaches the technical requirements of HG/T 2601-2011 standard.
