摘要
通过分析冷隔演化机理,构建了基于光滑粒子流体动力学(SPH)方法的冷隔缺陷预测模型。通过对压铸AM60B镁合金零件进行三维建模,采用自主研发的SPH程序对其进行铸造过程数值模拟,发现模拟结果和试验结果的冷隔缺陷生成位置一致,验证了冷隔预测模型的准确性。
By analyzing the evolution mechanism of cold insulation,a prediction model of cold insulation defects based on SPH method was established.The three-dimensional modeling of the die casting AM60B alloy parts was carried out,and the numerical simulation of the casting process was conducted using independently developed SPH program.The results indicate that the simulation results are in consistent with the experimental results,verifying the correctness and practicability of cold insulation prediction model.
