基于热管的自燃煤矸石山温度变化规律研究

Study on Temperature Change Law of Spontaneous Combustible Coal Gangue Hills Based on Teat Pipe

摘要 针对煤矸石山自燃引发的各种危害,采用热管被动降温技术治理,并对煤矸石山内部温度进行为期1a的动态监测,确定了自燃煤矸石山全年的降温效果。借助等温线图探究了矸石山内部温度场的演变趋势,分析了温度变化的季节性特征。结果表明:通过采用热管被动降温技术,自燃煤矸石山全年81%的监测点温度有不同程度的降低,超过1/3的监测点降温幅度达到100℃以上,降温效果明显;随着时间的推移,不同深度水平方向上的高温中心所占面积不断减少,且均有向低温区域持续蔓延的演变趋势;温度变化具有明显的季节性特征,整体为冬季降温比率最大,夏季降温最差,且浅层受外界环境变化的影响较大,浅层温度随季节的变化特征较深层更明显。 In view of the various hazards caused by spontaneous combustible coal gangue hills,the passive cooling technology of heat pipe was used for treatment,and the internal temperature of coal gangue hills was dynamically monitored for one year to determine the cooling effect of the spontaneous combustible coal gangue hills throughout the year.With the help of isotherm diagram,the evolution trend of temperature field inside the gangue hill was explored,and the seasonal characteristics of temperature change were analyzed.The results show that by using the passive cooling technology of heat pipe,the temperature of 81%of the monitoring points of the spontaneous combustible coal gangue hills has been reduced to varying degrees throughout the year,and more than 1/3of the monitoring points have a cooling range of over 100℃,indicating a significant cooling effect.As time goes on,the areas of high-temperature centers in different depths and horizontal directions continue to decrease,and there is a continuous trend of evolution towards low-temperature areas.The temperature change has obvious seasonal characteristics,with the highest cooling rate in winter and the worst cooling rate in summer as a whole.The shallow layer is greatly affected by external environmental changes,and the seasonal variation characteristics of temperature in the shallow layer are more obvious than those in the deep layer.
