云南某高硫铅锌矿选矿工艺流程方案对比试验研究 被引量:1

Comparative Experimental Study on Mineral Processing of a High Sulfur Lead-Zinc Ore in Yunnan

摘要 某铅锌矿含Pb 5.23%、Zn 15.40%、S 24.86%,铅氧化率为3.05%,锌氧化率为0.43%,属于高硫铅锌矿。自开发以来,选厂生产一直采用“铅硫混浮、铅硫分离-浮锌”选矿工艺,现有工艺存在硫精矿锌含量偏高等问题。为进一步提高选矿指标,开展了“铅硫混浮、铅硫分离-浮锌”、“铅锌硫顺序优先浮选”两个不同流程方案的对比试验研究。试验结果表明,“铅锌硫顺序优先浮选”工艺试验指标更优、药剂成本更低、精矿产值更高。采用“铅锌硫顺序优先浮选”工艺,对含Pb 5.34%、Zn 15.59%、S 26.18%的原矿,通过闭路试验获得Pb品位为61.64%、Zn品位为3.37%、S品位为20.15%、Pb回收率为89.34%的铅精矿,Zn品位为51.54%、Pb品位为0.59%、S品位为35.15%、Zn回收率为96.88%的锌精矿,Pb品位为0.53%、Zn品位为0.36%、S品位为47.91%、S回收率为49.79%的硫精矿,成功实现了高硫铅锌矿低碱选矿工艺,值得现场推荐采用。 A lead-zinc ore contains Pb 5.23%,Zn 15.40%and S 24.86%,which belongs to high sulfur lead-zinc ore.The oxidation rates of lead and zinc are 3.05%and 0.43%respectively.Since the development,the beneficiation process of“leadsulfur mixed flotation,separation of lead and sulfur-zinc floating”has been adopted in the production of the concentrator.The existing process has the problem of high zinc content in sulfur concentrate.In order to further improve the beneficiation index,two different process schemes of“lead-sulfur mixed flotation,separation of lead and sulfur-zinc floating”and“lead-zinc-sulfur sequential preferential flotation”were compared.The test results show that the process of“lead-zinc-sulfur sequential preferential flotation”has better test indexes,lower reagent cost and higher concentrate output value.The closed-circuit test was carried out on the raw ore containing Pb 5.34%,Zn 15.59%and S 26.18%by using the“lead-zinc-sulfur sequential preferential flotation”process.The lead concentrate containing Pb 61.64%,Zn 3.37%,S 20.15%and Pb recovery rate of 89.34%,the zinc concentrate containing Zn 51.54%,Pb 0.59%,S 35.15%and Zn recovery rate of 96.88%,and the sulfur concentrate containing Pb 0.53%,Zn 0.36%,S 47.91%and S recovery rate of 49.79%were obtained.The low alkali beneficiation process of high sulfur lead-zinc ore is successfully realized,which is worthy of recommendation on site.
