电梯载荷试验水砝码组原理与运用研究探讨

摘要 为提高电梯载荷试验工作效率,降低试验成本,减少作业人员劳动强度,对采用水砝码组的方式替代原电梯载荷试验中广泛使用的金属砝码组或其他替代物的可能性进行了研究。主要方式是按照水与金属砝码的重量比例,采用远程自动遥控的方式,使用准确的流量计量装置为水砝码组注入或抽取一定量的水,达到与金属砝码组同样的试验效果。检验人员仅使用水砝码组,通过简单、便捷的操作,即可完成电梯载荷试验。该技术方法不仅可有效解决目前全国电梯检验检测机构在电梯载荷试验中普遍存在的问题,还可以有效解决传统检验方法存在的安全隐患问题。此原理与运用方法的探讨具有较强的可操作性和实用性,具备较为广泛的推广及应用价值。 In order to improve the work efficiency of the elevator load test,reduce the test cost,and reduce the labor intensity of operators,the possibility of using the method of the water weight set to replace the metal weight set widely used in the original elevator load test or other substitutes is studied.The main way is,according to the weight ratio of water and metal weights,to use the method of remote automatic remote control,and use an accurate flow metering device to inject or extract a certain amount of water for the water weight set to achieve the same test effect as the metal weight set.Inspectors only use the water weight set to complete the elevator load test through simple and convenient operation.This technical method can not only effectively solve the common problems in the elevator load test of the current national elevator inspection and testing institutions,but also effectively solve the potential safety problems existing in traditional inspection methods.The discussion of this principle and application method has strong operability and practicability,and has more extensive popularization and application value.
