摘要
选矿作为矿山工程重要步骤之一,直接影响冶炼加工等诸多环节。该文在调研已有研究成果的基础上,针对某矿干选抛废筛选工艺与流程进行了优化与改进。在充分分析目前干选系统存在的问题与产生原因的基础上,对已有设备进行了局部改进,并进行了工业化试验,从抛废率、作业品位、能耗、劳动强度等方面,评估了改进后设备的社会经济效益,并结合工程实际提出了未来的改进方向。研究成果为相关工况的改进优化提供了参考。
As one of the important steps of mine engineering,mineral dressing has a direct influence on many links such as smelting and processing.This paper optimizes and improve the waste screening technology and process of the dry separation of a mine on the basis of investigating the existing research results,partially improves the existing equipment and conducts the industrial test on the basis of fully analyzing the current problems and causes of the dry separation system,estimates the social and economic benefits of the improved equipment from the aspects of the waste rate,working grade,energy consumption,labor intensity,etc.,and proposes the future improvement direction in combination with the actual situation of the project.The research findings provides a reference for the improvement and optimization of related working conditions.
