摘要
热喷涂技术制备金属陶瓷涂层在许多工业领域得到重要应用,温喷涂是介于超音速火焰喷涂与冷喷涂的一种热喷涂工艺,温喷涂技术制备金属及其复合材料涂层具有结合力高、孔隙少、硬度高等特点。该文综述了国内外采用温喷涂技术制备金属及其复合材料涂层的研究状况,阐述了在不同工艺参数下采用温喷涂技术制备金属陶瓷涂层的影响,提出了温喷涂技术制备金属及其复合材料涂层的发展趋势。
Using thermal spraying technology to prepare cermet coating has important applications in many industrial fields.Warm spraying is a thermal spraying process between high velocity oxy-fuel and cold spraying,and the metal and its composite coatings prepared by warm spraying technology have the characteristics of high adhesion,less pores,high hardness,etc.This paper reviews the research status of the preparation of metal and composite coatings by warm spraying technology at home and abroad,expounds the influence of using warm spraying technology to prepare cermet coatings under different process parameters,and puts forward the development trend of using warm spraying technology to prepare metal and its composite coatings.
