With the rapid development of network information technology,people pay more and more attention to culture and information dissemination,which has laid a solid foundation for Chinese library construction and presents a new development trend.At present,many units of books and data management has gradually realized the automation,intelligent transformation,and in the strong network technology under the support of establishing a"smart library",for the dissemination of scientific research,cultural information,the sorting and retrieval of literature resources to provide convenience.However,some libraries in the process of combining with information technology,there are some shortcomings,therefore,to make the library and data management more keep pace with The Times,we need to invest more time and energy in this aspect.Based on this,this paper will analyze and explore the optimization and innovation method of library and data management under the background of information.
