燃料电池车用氢气纯化及供应技术工业应用总结

摘要 燃料电池车用氢气纯化及供应技术是一种将炼化氢源通过模块化组合提纯工艺生产满足GB/T 37244—2018《质子交换膜燃料电池汽车用燃料氢气》要求的氢气,并形成配套供氢母站设施的技术。主要介绍了燃料电池车用氢气纯化及供应技术的基本原理、工艺特点、主要设备特点及工业应用情况。该技术开发了多种吸附剂以及快周期变压吸附氢气纯化工艺,占地面积小,投资低,供氢母站流程设计灵活,氢气产品纯度达到99.999%,杂质含量满足GB/T 37244—2018的要求,吸附周期在3~10 min且可连续调节,20 MPa燃料电池车用氢气生产成本低于20元/kg,有利于推动车用燃料氢气的市场应用和加氢站建设。 The purification and supply technology of hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles is a technology that uses a modular combination purification process to produce hydrogen that meets the requirements of GB/T 37244—2018 Fuel specification for proton exchange membrane fuel cell vehicles—Hydrogen and forms a support-ing hydrogen primary filling station facility.The basic principle,process characteristics,main equipment characteristics and industrial application of the technology are introduced in this paper.The technology has developed various adsorbents and fast period pressure swing adsorption hydrogen purification process,with small area coverd and low investment.The process design of the hydrogen primary filling station is flexible.The purity of hydrogen product reaches 99.999%and the impurity content meets the requirements of GB/T 37244—2018.The adsorption cycle can be continuously adjusted within 3~10 minutes.The production cost of 20 MPa hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles is less than 20 yuan/kg.It is conducive to promote the market applica-tion of hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles and the construction of hydrogen station.
