鼻咽癌放射治疗致颈静脉血栓形成伴颈部多发动脉狭窄一例

A case of radiation therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma caused jugular thrombosis combined with multiple neck arterial stenosis

颈部血管损伤是头颈部肿瘤放射治疗后的一种远期并发症,放射治疗后颈静脉血栓合并动脉狭窄的病例临床上较为少见。作者报道1例鼻咽癌放射治疗致颈静脉血栓形成伴颈部多发动脉狭窄的患者,并结合相关文献进行分析,探讨其危险因素及发病机制,以期提高临床医师对该类疾病的认识。

Neck vascular injury is a long-term complication after radiation therapy for head and neck tumors,however,the cases of internal jugular vein thrombosis combined with arterial stenosis after radiation therapy are rare in clinic.The authors reported a case of internal jugular thrombosis complicated with multiple neck arterial stenosis after radiation therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and the risk factors and pathogenesis were analyzed and discussed combined with the relevant literatures,in order to improve the clinicians understanding of these diseases.
