摘要
为探究决定长江马鞍山河段河势演变关键因素与港区建设治理的关系,形成有效的港区治理和维护制度。对近期长江马鞍山河段内江心洲和小黄洲的河道演变进行了调查分析,针对马鞍山河段变化的主要影响因素,并结合以往河道治理工程和航道整治工程,提出了丁坝、锁坝、潜坝、导流坝等河势控制工程措施。通过工程治理措施将有效改善马鞍山港区的通航能力,从而保障了港区的平稳发展。
This paper aims to explore the relationship between the key factors determining the evolution of the river regime in Ma'anshan reach of the Yangtze River and the construction and management of the port area,and form an effective system for port area management and maintenance.It has investigated and analyzed the recent channel evolution of Jiangxinzhou and Xiaohuangzhou in the Ma'anshan reach of Yangtze River.In view of the main influencing factors of the change of Ma'anshan reach,combined with the previous river regulation works and channel regulation works,the river regime control engineering measures such as spur dike,lock dam,submerged dam and diversion dam are proposed.The engineering governance measures will effectively improve the navigation capacity of Ma'anshan port area,thereby ensuring the stable development of port area.
