摘要
对水利灌溉渠道工程中衬砌混凝土施工技术进行分析。对保温板进行安装搭接,并结合实际衬砌施工要求和标准,计算确定混凝土配合比;渠道衬砌浇筑时,对渠道的底部进行振捣与拆模处理,以便日常养护及质量控制。实例分析结果表明:经过4个测试区域的对比验证,得出的承压强度比相对较高,均保持在1.1以上,表明在实际施工的过程中,所应用的技术可以进一步提升渠道的衬砌质量,实现多方向的加固,施工误差小,速度快,具有实际的价值。
This paper analyzes the construction technology of lining concrete in water conservancy irrigation channel engineering.It installs and overlaps insulation boards,and calculates and determines the concrete mix ratio based on actual lining construction requirements and standards.At the same time,the channel lining is poured,and the bottom of the channel is vibrated and demolded for daily maintenance and quality control.The results show that after comparative verification of four test areas,the compressive strength ratio obtained is relatively high,all of which remain above 1.1.It indicates that in the actual construction process,the applied technology can further improve the lining quality of the channel,achieve multi-directional reinforcement,have small construction errors,fast speed,and practical value.
