摘要 近年,我国新能源行业在国家能源局助力实现碳达峰碳中和目标任务方面取得了长足的进步。为贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署,保障能源安全,推动绿色低碳转型,以及可持续发展,爆发式推出新一轮的新能源光伏项目。弥兴光伏电站是省级重点林光互补项目,征地流转及主变压器、大件运输考验着建设者的组织策划能力。文章对新能源光伏项目征地及主变运输进行了研究,指出了光伏项目征地及主变运输的重要作用,并给出了相应的对策。 In recent years,China's new energy industry has made great progress in helping the National Energy Administration to achieve the carbon neutrality goal of carbon peaking.In order to implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,ensure energy security,promote green and low-carbon transformation,and sustainable development,a new round of new energy photovoltaic projects has been launched explosively.Mixing Photovoltaic Power Station is a provincial-level key forest and solar complementary project.The land acquisition and transfer,as well as the transportation of main transformers and large items,test the organizational and planning abilities of the builders.This article studies the land acquisition and main transformer transportation of new energy photovoltaic projects,points out the important role of land acquisition and main transformer transportation in photovoltaic projects,and provides corresponding countermeasures.
