摘要
南欧江七级水电站位于老挝北部湄公河左岸支流南欧江上,是南欧江梯级7个电站的最上游第7个电站,为一等大一型工程,主要包括面板堆石坝、引水系统、发电厂房、溢洪道、放空洞、导流洞、场内永久交通等。坝高143.5 m,工程规模大,结构复杂,周期长,建设难度系数高,工程建设过程中运用了坝体填筑智能碾压系统、上坝料运输实时智能监控系统、自动智能计量系统、集中发电供电系统、高清智能红外线视频监控系统等10^(+)种技术先进的智能数字化系统及先进工艺,取得了显著的社会经济效益。工程投入运行1 a,状况良好。
Nam Ou 7 Hydropower Station is located on Nam Ou River,a tributary of the left bank of Mekong River in northern Laos.It is the seventh upstream power station among seven cascadehydropower stations in Nam Ou River and is a first-class and large-scale project.It mainly includes face rockfill dam,water diversion system,power house,spillway,emptying tunnel,diversion tunnel,permanent traffic in the site.The dam has a height of 143.5 meters and is characterized by large engineering scale,complex structure,long cycle,and high construction difficulty coefficient.During the construction process,more than ten technologically advanced intelligent digital systems and advanced processes were used,including the intelligent compaction system for dam filling,real-time intelligent monitoring system for dam material transportation,automatic intelligent metering system,centralized power generation and supply system,and high-definition intelligent infrared video monitoring system,achieving significant social and economic benefits.The project has been put into operation for one year and is in good condition.
