Key and Difficult Points in Investment Calculation of Tunnel Construction with Tunneling Machine in Water Conservancy Engineering

以07版水利工程掘进机施工隧洞概算定额为分析基础,结合目前掘进机在水利工程中的实际应用情况及费用处理,研究使用定额合理分析掘进机施工隧洞工程投资的重难点:①单个项目中掘进机达不到寿命台时时,是否考虑重复利用;②购置成本如何处理。对此根据实际工程中相关费用的计算进行分析得出结论,并对现行定额修编提出相关建议。

Based on the analysis of 07 version of estimated quota for tunneling machine construction in water conservancy engineering,combined with the current practical application and cost management of tunneling machines,this paper studies the key and difficult points of using the quota to reasonably analyze the investment in tunneling machine construction.Firstly,when the service life of tunneling machine in a single project is not reached,should it be considered for reuse.Secondly,how to handle the acquisition cost.Based on the analysis of the calculation of relevant costs in actual engineering,conclusions have been drawn,and relevant suggestions have been put forward for the revision of current quota.
