摘要 随着电力系统中智能通信、控制与计算技术不断深入应用,海量电力多源异构信息出现多协议并存与兼容性不强的问题,导致电网难以进行统一描述与集中决策。因此,对多通信方式进行交互机理分析,基于IEC61970通用信息模型和IEC61850分层模型为基础进行协议整合,构建电网的统一信息模型。该方法能够应用于电力设备模型中,实现对关键电力业务与一、二次设备的特征识别、功能定义、逻辑划分与信息交互等功能。该模型已成功应用于区域电网状态监测与设备运维中,对推动电网统一建模应用进程具有重要意义。 With the continuous application of intelligent communication,control and computing technologies in power systems,the massive power multi-source heterogeneous information has the problem of multi-protocol coexistence and incompatibility,which makes it difficult to describe and centralize the power grid.Therefore,this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism of multiple communication methods and constructs a unified information model for power grids based on the IEC61970 general information model and IEC61850 layered model.The method can be applied to power equipment models to realize the feature identification,function definition,logic division and information interaction function of key power services and primary and secondary devices.The model has been successfully applied to regional power grid condition monitoring and equipment operation and maintenance,which is of great significance to promote the application process of unified modeling of power grid.
